TERM AND CONDITIONS
The following are the conditions of use of the studio at Corpcast Studio and form part of the contract between the client and Corpcast.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We will always be as flexible as possible to assist with any unforeseen changes as we know they happen. If you need to shift or cancel your booking please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your booking without incurring a 100% charge.
STUDIO HIRE TIMINGS
A half day booking is 4 hours and full day is 8 hours. We do allow an additional hour for bump in of equipment.
STUDIO HIRE HOLDS
We will put a hold on the studio for you for 48 hours. Its is your responsibility to confirm or release that booking within 48 hours or it will automatically be considered released.
FURNITURE AND PROPS
The furniture in the green room is not to be moved or borrowed without prior consent of the Studio Team.
Overtime or Additional Hours are charged at $150 +gst p/ hour
STUDIO MAINTENANCE
We know having a clean green floor is paramount for good quality keying of footage. In the event that the green floor of the cyclorama is used, a repaint fee of $200+gst. is applied In the event of any other damage, the cost of repair and / or replacement will be invoiced.
PLEASE NOTE
Corpcast Studio will not be held responsible for the loss or theft of property of any person using the studios, nor for any property lost by couriers in transit to or from the studios.
All care will be exercised by us in supervising the studios, however all clients are required to make appropriate arrangements to ensure their property is properly secure whilst using the facilities at Corpcast Studio.
Clients leaving property in the studios overnight do so at their own risk. Clients are expected to return all studio furniture to their normal position in the studio and leave the studio in the condition it was received.
Clients are advised to ensure that their insurance policy covers them whilst using the facilities at Corpcast Studio, and that all their equipment is properly tagged and tested prior to use within the studio. Corpcast Studio does not accept any responsibility for incidents that occur before, during or after the hire of the studios that are caused by the improper or misuse of the studio.
